Positive: Lovely hosts. Waited for us even though our plane was delayed. Welcomed us warmly from arrival. Helped organise transit to and from the airport. Great hospitality, helped us check a restaurant for dinner and also provided a delicious breakfast included in the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. We didn't get to use the swimming pool but that was a nice touch. Some small items available for purchase like beers and drinks. They can also help take you to the nearby shopping centre depending on availability.
Negative: Didn't really affect us but the kitchen is really small if you were planning to cook. Not much to do immediately around the place but again, not a big deal for us as we were just transiting through Mauritius. The rooms are upstairs if you have mobility issues.
